1. Return Window
You may return most unused items in original condition (with tags attached and packaging intact) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
① Contact our support team at [info@bvsunglasses.com] with your order number and reason for return.
② We will email you a prepaid return shipping label if applicable (see Section 3).
③ Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

3. Shipping Costs

Free returns: We cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Customer responsibility: You bear return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Note: Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges will ship once the returned item is received.

5. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
